All orders placed by midnight the Sunday prior will be shipped on that Tuesday.
We use Auspost as our shipping provider.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us. Kelapa Home takes the utmost care when it comes to wrapping our parcels, and we also take photos prior to sending so that in the case there is an issue with the delivery, we have proof that it was packaged properly and you can receive a refund.
Pick Up Free Of Charge
Your order that is placed by midnight the Sunday prior will be ready to be picked up on the following Wednesday each week.
We will contact you via email once your item is ready for pick up.
Please kindly contact us as to when you would like to pick it up so we can have it ready for you.
Pick up available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday between 10 am - 3 pm. Address: 2-14 Kings Cross Road, Potts Point.
Returns & Refunds
Kelapa Home does not accept change of mind refunds.
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.
Food items can also not be returned due to their perishable nature. If your item is damaged, expired or in an unconsumable state, please let us know ASAP so we can organise a replacement.
